Bringing the Spa to a Tribeca Hotel Suite

Some Activations are memorable because of the guest list or the products. Others stay with you because the setting shapes the entire experience. An activation we helped with in a suite at the five star Fouquet Hotel felt special for all these reasons.

Set inside a beautiful hotel suite in Tribeca with a magnificent terrace overlooking downtown, the event was designed to feel calm, elevated and personal from the moment guests arrived. Each part of the space offered something a little different. Once guests arrived, they were led outside to the terrace where they were able to enjoy an optional IV Infusion on a lounge chair while taking in the city views, sipping cold drinks, and settling into the slower, more relaxed pace of the afternoon. Inside, the living room became an easy gathering space where people could talk, connect, and explore the products in a setting that felt natural and welcoming. Products were placed throughout the space in a way that made the suite feel immersive without feeling overdone.

The bedroom suite was the most transportive part of all. With the light smell of lavender as you entered, the room was softly lit with sounds of soft spa music, relaxing and intentionally designed to feel like a retreat above the city. Facial tables with crisp sheets, a facial steamer and cozy blankets turned the room into a private little Spa escape; calm, quiet and completely removed from the energy outside.

This skincare activation allowed the guest to experience everything at their own pace and feel very present. It gave people time to slow down, interact with the products and host more naturally, and enjoy the setting in a way that felt intimate and thoughtful. That is what made this event feel especially memorable.

HAND AND ARM MASSAGES, THE PERFECT EMPLOYEE WELLNESS EVENT

The good news is more companies than ever are thinking about employee wellness. It is important to get it right though. You want to do things that really work and that will be meaningful to your employees. Following through is also critical, not letting it slip to the back burner when things get busy. That is where hand and arm massages come in.

A professional hand or arm massage relieves muscle tension and stress. If your team spends a lot of time on their computers or using their hands they are both therapeutic and rejuvenating. They will leave your employees feeling good about themselves and you. Bringing in a healthful perk like this lets them know that you care and that their health is a priority.

Primp hand and arm massage events are also very easy to do. We make a very small footprint, so you do not need much space. They are not a big disruption to your team’s day. And there is a good chance employees will come out of it being even more productive.  Overall it is a relatively small gesture that can go a really long way.

We have done many of these around the city and they are absolutely always a hit. We would love to help you plan one for you and your team. Try us any time at Info@PrimpEvents.com or call us at (212) 842-1657
